The pressure balancing rough-in valve prevents scalding while maintaining your desired temperature and compensating for pressure fluctuations. The wide waterfall spout, with its large water flow, quickly fills your bathtub, while the high-pressure, ultra-thin rain shower head with easy-clean spray holes allows you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with a simple touch.
Designed specifically for American users, this tub shower faucet features a thickened solid brass cast valve and anti-scalding pressure balance cartridge. It is also included in the California CEC list, with a flow rate of 1.8GPM (6.8L/MIN). The trim and all parts of this tub faucet set are constructed of metal, ensuring durability and providing aesthetic appeal.
The tub shower faucet set offers two modes for bathing: waterfall tub spout and rain shower head, which can be easily switched by turning the square knob on the valve. The lever handle allows for easy adjustment of the hot/cold water flow and temperature.
Even at low water flow, the use of the ultra-thin rain shower head offers high water pressure. The shower head features touch-clean soft, rubber nubbins (spray holes) that allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with a simple touch, which is particularly helpful in areas with hard water.
To save time and extra expense during installation, the standard US NPT 1/2 connector is compatible with most existing shower systems' pipes. Before installation, we recommend showing the installation video to your plumber, and keeping the user manual for future reference.
